Covid-19 Shipping Impact:
We thank you for your patience as we work quickly to get your order shipped. To ensure the safety of our employees, we have implemented safety measures at our fulfillment facility, such as practicing social distancing, facility sanitation, and use of personal protective equipment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as all major carriers are experiencing shipping delays.
All standard orders will ship within 3-5 business days (Excluding weekends, holidays & inclement weather).
Standard orders must be placed before 5:00 pm to start processing on the next day. Expedited orders must be placed by 12:00 pm noon to start processing the same day and will arrive based on the transit time selected.
Packages will be shipped using USPS and UPS depending on the shipping address.
All International (Domestic) orders will ship based on the desired form of shipping. Due to the Customs handling processes, deliveries may take up to 10 business days. Customer is responsible for "Duties and Import Taxes".
* USPS can no longer accept or deliver international mail to several countries due to COVID-19 service impacts.
Shipping Address
Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Once an order has been placed, we cannot update or change the shipping address. Remember to correctly spell out the street address or P.O.Box #, City, State and Zip Code before submitting order. This will help to prevent any errors in shipping.
My Crown My Glory, LLC is not responsible for packages returned due to an incorrect / incomplete shipping address or if the customer was not available for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.
