Refund policy
Due to health, beauty and sanitary reason, our products are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Product
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please email us at info@mycrownmyglory.org to file a claim. Please include date of purchase, order # and proof of damage by submitting a picture of the product. Once your claim has been accepted, please ship product back to My Crown My Glory, LLC using the Return/Exchange form attached to your Order Summary, and include the completed Return/Exchange Form with the product(s) being returned.
Package your return in a bubble envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Please use the provided Pre-Paid Return Label for the outside of your envelope. Mail can be returned via United States Postal Service (USPS).
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
